KS1 Winter Festival

Our KS1 children had a fantastic time on their recent sports trip to Stonex Stadium! The day was filled with excitement, smiles and lots of active fun from start to finish.

When we arrived at the stadium, the children were amazed by the size of the pitch and loved being in such a special sporting venue. They took part in a range of team-building games that encouraged them to work together, take turns and support one another. Activities included relay races, ball games and fun challenges that got everyone moving.

The children showed excellent teamwork, listening skills and enthusiasm throughout the day. It was wonderful to see them cheering for their friends, trying their best and building confidence in a new environment. There were plenty of laughs along the way, and everyone joined in with great energy.

This trip was a brilliant opportunity for the children to develop their physical skills while also learning the importance of cooperation, communication and kindness. We are very proud of how well the children represented our school.

A big thank you to the staff at Stonex Stadium and to our school staff and helpers who made the day such a success. It was a memorable experience that the children will be talking about for a long time!
