Today we celebrated Workd Book day 2023! The children got the opportunity to come to school dressed as their favourite book character and we were amazed by some of the wonderful costumes.
Whilst dressed up, many of the classes took part in lots of reading activities such as designing a reading door for their classroom, leaving book reviews in the library and coming up with amazing character descriptions in their writing.
In the build up to World Book Day our children have been taking part in the extreme reading challenge and exploring different places to read their favourite books!
