As well as Year 4 celebrating their topic ‘1066’, Year 3 also had an enrichment day to learn more about the Ancient Greek civilization for their topic ‘Gods and Mortals’. The children travelled back in time to the land of Ancient Greece where they learnt vital skills such as clay vase making and mosaic designing. The class looked amazing and really showed their great knowledge of the topic when talking to the leader of the workshop who was so impressed with the level of vocabulary and understanding the children shared.
