Our Year 1 class had a fantastic time learning more about space at the Science Museum to help with their topic ‘ Moon Zoom’. The children travelled on the London Undergound to the museum where they got to take part in a fantastic workshop and learn more about space. Some of the children even got to become real life astronauts! The children got the chance to look at a great Destination Space Show. The 35-minute show explored different aspects of living and working in space. Our pupils needed to use their scientific skills to design a space suit with the right materials – they had a great time. We also got to look around the museum and find out lots more about Space!
