Year 2 got the opportunity to visit the Martime Museum in Greenwich today for a pirate day! The children all got to come into school dressed as pirates. They looked amazing! We got the tube to the museum and provided plenty of amusement for all the commuters on their way to work. At the museum the children got to explore the museum and draw different items they would like to have in their treasure chest. We then all got to meet a real life pirate who put the children through pirate training, she was extremely scary. All the children had a fantastic day and really enjoyed themselves.
