As part of their fantastic literacy lessons, some specially selected Year 4 and 5 children got the opportunity to perform their poetry to a huge crowd at the Criterion Theatre in Leicester Square. After the whole year group performed to the whole school, the best groups were chosen to represent the school at the Spoken Word Poetry Slam supported by the rest of their classmates in the audience.
The children came up with some really imaginative pieces of writing and performed them with huge amounts of confidence. It was truly a memorable experience for them all. Well done Year 3 and 4!
