Year 5 Explore Ancient Egypt!
Our Year 5 pupils enjoyed an exciting visit to the Petrie Museum, where they stepped back in time to discover the fascinating world of Ancient Egypt!
Armed with their treasure hunt clues, the children explored the museum in search of Egyptian artefacts, putting their observation skills and historical knowledge to the test. They examined a variety of fascinating objects, uncovering clues about how people lived, worked and worshipped thousands of years ago.
The treasure hunt was a fantastic way to bring our learning about Ancient Egypt to life, encouraging the children to look closely, ask questions and think like real historians.
It was a wonderful day of discovery, curiosity and hands-on learning, and the children thoroughly enjoyed their Egyptian adventure!
