Year 6 had a fantastic experience at the R.A.F museum as part of their learning about WW2. We got to see so many of the aircrafts and vehicles that were used by both sides in WW2 and learnt a lot more about what life was like back home during this time. The class experienced what it was like to be a pupil in a wartime classroom. They got into character and took part in a 1940s lesson complete with a strict teacher, arithmetic and an air raid.
